Novatel Offers Remote Asset Management System

The SA-G+ telemetry system supports both CDMA2000 1X and GSM/GPRS connectivity for global deployments, with voice and data features, as well as firmware-over-the-air capabilities.

The new Novatel Wireless SA-G+ device supports CDMA2000 1X in a compact, economical IP-based platform.

The SA-G+ is part of the Enfora SA portfolio and provides simple, yet powerful, plug-and-play wireless telemetry devices targeted at a host of vertical applications, where critical and timely data and information are needed. With support for CDMA2000 1X or GSM/GPRS connectivity for global deployments, the SA-G+ has been designed to enhance your visibility into remotely located fixed assets.

The Novatel Wireless SA-G+ is a full-featured telemetry platform, with RS-232C serial, two user-defined inputs, and one dedicated output port, designed to communicate with sensors and most any serial-based communications device. It includes a compact, economical IP-based platform, with voice and data features and with firmware-over-the-air capabilities.

All SA-G+ devices can be coupled with Novatel Wireless' robust N4A Communications and Management Software (CMS) platform and be provisioned, monitored, managed, and reconfigured remotely from almost anywhere in the world. By combining the N4A CMS platform with the intelligence of the SA-G+ devices, customers will gain a solution that offers ease-of-deployment, superior, reliable performance in a small and flexible package.
