Lightwave to Provide Polymers for LADAR R&D

The company will provide its organic nonlinear optical polymers to the University of Colorado's Guided Wave Optics Laboratory and Boulder Nonlinear Systems in support of efforts to develop a prototype 3D imaging laser radar system.

NEWARK, DE /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic Inc., a technology company focused on the development of a next-generation nonlinear optical polymer materials platform for applications in high-speed fiber-optic data communications and optical computing, announced that it will be providing its organic nonlinear optical polymers to the University of Colorado's Guided Wave Optics Laboratory (GWOL) in support of a the efforts of Boulder Nonlinear Systems (BNS) effort to develop a prototype 3D imaging Laser Rader (LADAR) system. The formal purchase order is pending with details to follow when available.
