DRAPER, UT /Marketwired/ -- Flexpoint Sensor Systems Inc. announced that it has initiated the process of reviewing existing patents and has been meeting with their patent attorney regarding the filing of additional new or expanded patents and/or upgrading existing patents for the automotive industry and BendTech.

Given the numerous competitive advantages associated with the technology, Flexpoint has determined that it is in the company's best interest to obtain additional protections against attempts to copy or pirate their innovative designs.
